- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in process and skill
Garment Technician (7-10 years)
- To support achievement of sewing plan and improve efficiency and utilization of sewing operations
- Define requirements pertaining to man, machine, and methods daily to meet the production plan of the following day
- Implement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce rework thereby contributing to cost saving
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in process and skill
Pattern Maker/ Marker Maker (4+ years)
